Due to our commitment and focus on our client’s needs, USr quickly became a national leader in the staffing industry. Since 2002, USr has made a dramatic impact in recruiting by placing over 77,000 permanent staff across the nation, including more than 4,400 in the Executive, Director and Management level. Our commitment to the needs of our clients is one of the cornerstones on which USr Service Group is built.

The tag line for our first company, USr Healthcare, is a “Unique Healthcare Staffing Solution.” We stand by this statement in the way we approach recruiting, the proprietary tools we use, the committed recruiters and back-office staff on our team, the partnerships that we establish with our clients and positive results that we deliver.

One question we often ask clients – Do you want the sizzle or the steak? Too often, our competitors focus on sizzle and hope to make a placement. At USr, we focus on the steak and are proud to provide one of the most robust support systems in the staffing industry to our clients. This unwavering focus allows USr’s team to place a documented average of more than 850 new employees into client organizations each month.
